Weranna's webshop terms & conditions

Welcome shopping to werannas.com! The products are ordered through the shopping bag. You can always check the contents of your shopping bag by clicking the bag-button on the upper left side of the webpage. All the prices include VAT.

You can shop either as our guest or by registering as a customer to Weranna's, making your next shopping experience even faster and easier. You can also follow-up the previous purchases, if they have slipped your mind for some reason.  All orders are confirmed by e-mail where we mention the ordered products, their prices, and applicable shipping expenses. Sending the order confirmation requires that you have given your e-mail address to us while making your order. Please also note that by ordering you approve Weranna's current terms and conditions. We hold the right for product and delivery price changes. We deliver the goods through Itella to the physical address given by the customer.


Methods of payment

Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. Online payments are made by using the website of Paytrail Oy. Payments can be made also beforehand by bank credit transfer.

Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard

If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Weranna's will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Paytrail Oy.

With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Paytrail Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Paytrail Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Paytrail Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Online banks

Paytrail Oy (FI21228397) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.


International delivery and delivery charges

The delivery time is usually 3-8 working days. We send all ordered goods at the same time, if not otherwise agreed with you. We deliver the goods through Finnish Posti as a package. The delivery charges include both delivery and packing expenses.

Package delivery to the nearest post office:

10,00 € to Sweden, Estonia

14,90 € to Denmark, Germany, Mainland BENELUX countries

19,90 € + 1,20 €/kg to other European countries (excl. Turkey, Albania, Bosnia, Serbia, Switzerland, Fair islands, Macedonia)

24,90 € + 2,50 €/kg to Turkey, Switzerland, Australia, USA, Canada, Russia and Middle East

24,90 € + 6,00 €/kg all other countries

Return and change policy

All international orders must receive a return authorization from Weranna’s in writing. You have 14 days to return your goods. We don't accept returns made after 14 days of delivery. Should the product be faulty, have been sent to you by mistake or you receive a product you did not order, Weranna’s will pay the shipping charge. 

Keep in mind when returning goods:
- The customer will pay all shipping charges related to the return.
- The product has to be unused and the original packaging and tags have to be attached.
- A copy of the original receipt has to be attached.

Returns where above specifications have not been fulfilled cannot be reimbursed.

How to return

Send us an e-mail at info(at)werannas.com stating your order number and the reason(s) for your wish to exchange/return the good(s). After receiving our return authrorization e-mail, send the product along with a copy of the order confirmation to the address given in the e-mail. You will be reimbursed when the goods have been received and handled.

Claims - faulty products

If you receive a damaged or otherwise faulty product you are entitled to exchange the product for a similar one or if no longer available, receive a refund for the cost of your purchase. All claims will be processed within 30 days of receiving the faulty product. Werannas Ltd. handles all claims of faulty products according to Finnish law, please refer to Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority. Please notify us about the return/change by email named RETURN before returning the goods. The right to return or change a product is only applicable to products which have not been used and can be resold.

If the package has been harmed during delivery, please notify your local post office IMMEDIATELY. Please also contact us about delivery of substituting goods.



We hold the right to change our terms and conditions. Before confirming the order each customer should familiarize him/herself with the current ones.

Weranna's handles all customer data with confidentiality.
